A George I carved and gilded mirror the shaped top centred by a shell, above the original mirror plate inset by a boarder carved with acanthus leaves and egg and dart carvings, the mirror framed with side swags to both sides depicting rosettes. The shaped base centred by a shell with out-scrolling acanthus.
This beautiful mirror is in wonderful condition, retaining its original gilding and mirror plate.
