This early exposure to great design and an innate passion for classic items of great form, has given James a superb eye and a wealth of experience.
After completing his studies in Oxford and Florence, and with his passion for interiors and English furniture, there was only one career he wanted to pursue.
James is responsible for the sourcing of fine items, liaising with clients regarding their specific requirements, and creating serious superior collections.
James travels frequently to visit clients around the world.
Eloise lived a year abroad dividing her time between Brussels and Paris after finishing her degree in History of Art. She worked for BRAFA and then a Parisian gallery specialising in Asian laquer improving her French. Acting as the Gallery manager, Eloise is in charge of installations, deliveries and communications.
Camilla Rolleston Pinsent
After completing her degree, Camilla went on to have a successful career with Charles Tywhitt in the buying and designing of their stock and subsequently at Phillips de Pury within the client services department.
Since joining in 2012, Camilla has become an integral part of the company and is now responsible for website management, exhibition design and photography.
Camilla lives in Weybridege with her husband and two daughters and is allready priming them for work experience in the gallery!
Brian is a highly respected expert in late 17th and 18th Century English furniture, having gained this experience in buying and selling pieces for over 50 years in the business he has seen many changes throughout the industry. He contributes with sourcing select pieces and oversees any restoration work that is required. .
Our restoration team has been together for over thirty years, and collectively has over 70 years of experience. Every item at the workshop is treated sympathetically and upholds the traditions of the company. The workshop strives to maintain quality, colour, and condition and adheres to a strict code of practice.
